My Takeaway/
Rithum was a rebranding proposal project that greatly improved my branding skills. I used various touchpoints to create a vision of what CommerceHub could be. This project allowed me to interact closely with clients, presenting my ideas and concepts directly to stakeholders, with strong support from my team. This experience enhanced my ability to create cohesive brand identities and improved my presentation and client interaction skills.
CommerceHub came to BASIC/DEPT® looking to refresh their brand. They already had a name–Rithum-but were seeking design guidance.
Direction 1 features a vibrant and energetic design with a dominant use of a bold orange color palette. The logo “Rithum” is displayed in a clean, modern font, emphasizing a dynamic and forward-thinking brand identity. The tagline “We know how business flows” is presented with a slight curve, adding a sense of movement and fluidity to the overall design.
For type, we used Suisse, known for its clarity and legibility, contributing to the clean and professional look of the design. Overall, this direction emphasizes a modern, approachable, and efficient brand identity that is in tune with the fast-paced nature of contemporary commerce.
Direction 2 features a bold and modern design with a strong emphasis on yellow and black color schemes. The logo is sleek and contemporary, showcasing the name “Rithum” with a unique, stylized font. The tagline “Where Commerce Hums” is prominently displayed, reinforcing the brand’s dynamic and active nature.
The Instagram stories feature various updates and news, such as acquisitions and business insights. Each story slide maintains a consistent color scheme and design aesthetic, with bold text and clear visuals. The stories convey key messages and updates, ensuring that followers stay informed and engaged.
